Swollen anyone else..36w 4 days

My feet swell every single day. I wake up in the middle of the night an fills like I've been stung by a bee an my feet are just swollen. I don't have high blood pressure. Just swollen feet/hands an people are noticing my face swell. Anyone know what could be wrong. Don't have another appoitment till next wensday. 36 w 4 days
