endometriosis and low sperm count

Hey glowers so me and my boyfriend live with endometriosis (me) and low sperm count (him) we are really worried that we will never be able to conceive. However over the past week I have had extreme nausea, constipation and loss of appetite. We have been trying for a month so we don't have a lot of hope as our doctors have said that it could take anywhere from 2 years to be able to conceive. I took a test yesterday and it was negative however my period isn't due until tomorrow, was it too early to test? Should I test again at some point as I know my period isn't coming tomorrow but I get irregular bleeds with the endometriosis. Any other sufferers please reach out to me I feel so alone with it all
