What was that discharge?!

Hey ladies! I am 10 weeks pregnant today and I have an appointment next week! I just went to the restroom and when I wiped I had a toilet paper wad full of snot like discharge! There was no odor, no burning, but yellowish, clear and snot like! Is that normal?! I have had white, watery discharge my entire pregnancy which my doctor said was normal but this discharge was way different!
