Uti - one positive one negative result

Ok im in the uk and I have a UTI without a doubt i get them enough!

Saw the midwife Tuesday who tested my wee and there were lucazites which suggests infection but she sent it off to the lab so I have the right antibiotics.

The lab results came back normal though?

Now i don't know what to do, I can't get an appointment today because I have to drive 1 hr to collect my step son from school and come back etc.

What am i supposed to do how are both results different?
