advise boyfriends lack of interest

Been with my boyfriend nearly 2 and half years, were meant to be looking at moving in together soon and I just feel as though he isn't bothered. When he sees me he is okay but when he is at home he snaps at me on the phone if I ask things, he is blunt and rude. I get he likes his own time but why does he agree to coming on the phone to be moody? Tonight we've got the house to our selves I asked what we was going to do and he said fuck and I laughed. He is cooking me dinner, as I'm on the late shift but I said we'll maybe you could give me some love and affection and make it up to me for being moody ( as he said he would) and he said yeh whatever?
