can babies really see "angels"

Everybody keeps telling me that my son can see "Angels" because he'll stair at the wall and just go to laughing I think there crazy but yesterday he kinda had me starting to wonder I was outside on the patio with my baby he was looking at my patio ceiling wen he just started screaming bloody murder he even quit breathing for a second he was so worked up I had to keep blowing in his face to make him catch his breath and nothing bit him I had him covered up so idk Wat happen to him and I need people to give me a explanation beside he can see Angels cuz my family sounds nuts and now I'm sounding nuts lol
