pain after peeing?

Anyone else getting this? I'm 17 weeks today and for the past 4 or so days after I pee my whole lower abdomen aches. It's quite a crampy painful pain then goes away after a few minutes. My brain isn't properly registering when I need to wee now my baby has moved off my bladder so I was wondering if it's my bladder getting too full. I do have a kidney problem so a urine infection wouldn't be a surprise at all but it doesn't feel like any I've ever had before (and I've had them my whole life)

I'm 18+2 . I've had the same problem. Sore pelvic area and sharp pain are peeing. My doctor said it could be the bladder over extending itself but since i have a history of kidney infections and urinary track infections she had my sample sent out to be tested and like i had thought...i have my 3rd uti this pregnancy.

Im 19 weeks 5days and i get this sometimes, not after every pee but some and quite painful for a few seconds then goes away, i think it does it more if ive held my pee too long.
I think the weight in our tummys change when the bladder gets emptied so everything shifts about #uncomfortable

I guess that since you have kidney problems, you should be more careful and call your doctor. 
I was told to let them know about any issues that concern me, at least a phone call, and it won't take more than 5 minutes to know if it's normal or not :)
