LOOONG ASS INEFFECTIVE PERIOD

So I've read that sometimes periods are not very "efficient" per say, which causes old blood before your next period. However, my last damn period lasted 15 days, I had the tiniest amount of spotting for 12 days, and then I started my period again and it's mostly guess what... brown blood.
