What do you put in your diaper bag?

My baby is a few weeks old and just got a diaper bag, lol. I feel like I must not have everything I need though because it looks so empty. It's just a standard sized bag, but it feels so huge since I have so little in it. What do you carry in your diaper bag?

Imagine ur going away for a weekend. Ur leaving Friday night and coming back Sunday night. What will u need for the trip ? Diapers- I put 10 or more. Diaper rash cream, formula  (if ur not breastfeeding ), bottles, pacifiers if u use them,  burp clothes, two or 3 onsies in case she messes up the one she's wearing, baby wipes. . I add a back up thermometer just in case. I put a separate little wallet with 50 bux in it at all times-just in case.
I also have a copy of her birth certificate and social security,  for when we go to the pediatrician, if they ever need it . 
I have everything I need to stay over at a friend,  down to a portable changing station mat. (I guess I should mention,  I choose a backpac..more space.)

If I'm just headed to Target, I'll take 3-5 diapers, wipes, light/heaven blankets, pj's, 1-3oneies, 2-3 burp clothes, breast cover (breastfeeding), little sweater. I also pack a little more then I should, just in case something happens.

2 sets of clothes, a light blanket, bottle and formula (If formula fed) bottle and pumped milk (If you don't like feeding in public) or breast feeding cover, spare breast pads, a couple of period pads in case it decided to make a show, diapers, wipes, wet bags or gallon bags for clothes that were leaked on (and for clothe diapers if you use them) 
I usually had footie onsies for the clothes cause my babies never kept socks on lol

Diapers, wipes, formula(if needed) extra clothes, mittens(if they scratch themselves), bibs, extra paci, gas drops(my baby needs them, you may not) nursing pads(if needed), I put my wallet in there since I'm not carrying a purse and a diaper bag. Burp cloth.
