Missed period

Hi ladies.  I am nine days late been taking clomid estrodol and prog in April. Can that delay ur period?  I've taken preg test which came out neg, can I still be preg?  Plz help. I'm experiencing pressure in pelvic area but doesn't feel like period cramps. I also had a black discharge last week when I wiped but tgat was 1 time and nothing since ( sorry if tmi). Thanks I advance for your advice
