I'm having really bad chest pains

32 weeks and my chest is so tight and heavy feeling , it goes right to the bottom of my throat and I can feel the pain in my upper back my right arm feels bad too I think I had a pinched nerve a week ago so idk if that's it but it feels really hard to breathe and my heart beat is faster than normal
