Baby mama drama?

I've been help taking care my baby's father outside child by another woman since the Boy was a baby. The mother is a junkie druggy no teeth stays in/out of jail. The small amount of time she kept the Boy he was mistreated eating out of trash cans in the house while she was getting high. Now the Boy is 5 yrs old healthy and does well in school. Now she wants to see him... What would you all do?
