Red Bull & pregnancy ?

I'm about 4 1/2 weeks and just want to know if an 8.4 Red Bull is okay to have in the morning ?

Caffeine is best avoided during pregnancy. If you must have some, one small cup of COFFEE, not an energy drink, is said to be acceptable but I would personally avoid it all together.

Some people say 200 mg or less of caffeine a day on occasion is okay, but I am personally avoiding it completely.
