What to do if you think you have spd?

(Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction) do you go to your doctor or midwife? Im 29 weeks and my pain is terrible but my next midwife appointment isn't until 31 weeks. Is this something your supposed to go to your midwife about or can you see a doctor?

Chiropractor. That's the only thing that helped mine. Find a good one and go regularly. Incidentally, the treatment is great for getting baby in line with a good delivery. Good luck!

How to k ow if you have spd? How did you find out

I've had severe pain since 20 weeks or so. 34 now. 
And my doc said Tylenol. I can barley walk bend or roll over without being in excruciating pain. It never goes away. And there's not shit they can do for it. 
If u find a solution please let me know
