Every woman is different, just because you have PCOS your body may still ovulate on its own and by the looks of your cm you may be ready to baby dance!

I have PCOS, and I still ovulate most months. I even got pregnant twice (although both ended in miscarriage, probably due to my thyroid). There's always hope. That CM looks pretty good, I'd recommend buying some cheap Internet OPKs. I loved easy@home, they worked really well for me.

Yes. PCOS doesn't mean you're infertile, ovulation might just be more sporadic. Or not. There are many degrees of PCOS. Get to BD'ing!

It's possible. PCOS is not synonymous with infertile. Some women still ovulate. Some ovulate regularly. Some ovulate on occasion.
