experience with piercings; HELP!

I recently got this piercing done and it's already infected. I've had plenty of piercings and they've never gotten infected so I'm not really sure how to fix it. I've been cleaning it 3 times a day with sea salt and water like I have all my other piercings.  Someone recommended Bactine but like I said, this hasn't happened before so I just want some advice/input. Thanks!
