okay okay okay

I know you are not supposed to read any test outside of its time frame, but I've NEVER had this to happen. I had a dollar tree test, I use these a lot. It showed what I thought was negative this morning, just went and looked 3 hrs later, and there's a light pink like. What do I make of this? I've never seen this happen before and I constantly go and check them way later sometimes the next day.
