Cold after Conception??

My SO and I had sex about a week ago using only VCF, and perhaps we should have been more careful because that was the week of my fertility window. Just between yesterday and today, I have caught the NASTIEST cold I've ever gotten in the past few years. I have all the symptoms of a cold except that my body aches are closer to Moderate than they are Mild. Anyone experience this when conceiving or am I just being paranoid?
