So I'm 23 and me and my boyfriend are now trying to conceive. For a month I was having some health issues (weird stomach pains) and doctors were not sure if it was my ovaries. My family has a history of ovarian issues, my mother and my grandmother both had to get hysterectomies. My mom just had hers out when she was 40. I've always loved kids, I graduated with a child development degree. My boyfriend loves kids too. We hope to have more than one child. So, with this ovary scare, I've decided that I want to start trying before I miss my chance. I know we're young, my boyfriend is 26, but I know that this is something I want. It's something we both really want.
