We have Dakota and Ryder on our short list, but just found out my husband has cousins with those names. One we have never met, we've seen pictures, but had no clue her name is Dakota. That side of the family (MIL) would make an issue of it though, just because they like drama, but we don't see that side. The other cousin is Ryder, whom we just met, but only see maybe once a year and we fill that side of the family (FIL) would be cool with the use of Ryder. Would you let it bother you? Would you still use one of the names?
