lightheaded
This is the first day of my period, and for some reason I'm extremely tired, and dizzy. I took two pain pills (Walgreens brand). It's only 2:19 pm were I am and I can barely keep my eyes open. I've never had these symptoms, I'm usually just sitting miserable or lying down and just dealing with cramps. Could it be because my blood pressure is low?
