need your help and opinion

Almost 2 years I have spotting, yellow and dark brown discharger. I went to the Doctor and she couldn't give me correct answer.  She tested me so many times and by the end my blood tests were perfect. She didn't know what is that and put me on the birth control. The doctor said that it will regulate my period and fix my problem, but it did not! While I was on a birth controI I have been experiencing headeches, and I was very emotional + I lost weight which was very weird. Most of the times on the pill I did not want to eat and always had nausea. I did not have my period 3 month and still have my discharge. After I stoped my birth control I finally got my period after 4 month! And when I finished with my period, I got my yellow disharge. I am pretty sure I will have more spotting and deshargers in the future. Is any one has the same problem, and what should I do?
