You can have like 200mg of caffeine a day. A can of Mountain Dew will not be harmful.

Like another mama said, just stick below 200mg of caffeine a day. The caffeine content is on the label near the ingredients. I believe that would equate to about one bottle a day. I'm a big Mountain Dew drinker normally but can't drink much of it while I'm pregnant for some reason. I've been drinking the little half size cans so that I don't waste a whole bottle and I can drink more than one if I want!
