BFN... :(

So I went for a blood test yesterday and called the doctor today... BFN.... I really thought I was pregnant... I haven't had AF for a month and so far not in May... I'm so confused trying to figure this all out... I don't know if my body is getting itself back on track from being on seasonique for 4 years or what.. I'm just upset becauseI truly  believed   this was our month... Not sure why AF hasn't arrived yet if I'm not pregnant tho that's concerning... Just feel really down tonight.. Thanks to all the ladies that are supportive through times like these :(
