3 month old cough & gag

My baby started coughing last night when she went to bed. It doesn't sound like a bad cough, but she will gag after a couple coughs possibly on mucous? I'm going to call the pediatrician when they open for their opinion. But I'd be interested to hear if anyone has experienced this? She's eating fine and no cough while eating. Temperature is a little above normal. It sounded like she had a little runny nose. I had her sleep in the rock n play when I got up in the middle of the night since it's more on an angle which helped. I slept on the floor next to her worried of course. =/

She fell asleep fine after 2 nursing sessions on the boppy pillow (laying partially on her side).
