Anyone with diabetes want to put my mind at ease?
So I do have a family history if diabetes but I personally don't. Never had issues with blood sugar. I also wanna add I'm a hypochondriac. The past week I've been urinating more frequently than normal it seems like. I know the average person urinates about 7 times in 24 hours but I feel like I've been going like 8 or 9 times. Around 6:30 this morning I actually woke up because I had to pee so bad and I've never ever had that problem except when I was like 8 months pregnant 3 years ago. I've been so worried that it could be an early sign of diabetes. I don't really have any of the other early signs like thirst or blurred vision (but I have been really tired but I'm usually like that anyway) but I'm still scared since it's called the "silent killer". My period isn't due for a week so I don't think it's pregnancy. Any suggestions or advice? I'm 25 and I'm not obese but I do weigh a little more than I should and I could eat a little healthier.
