So the part I circled is where I had cramps all day yesterday. Today it's not crampy but it feels like my right ribs are protruding whereas on the other side it feels normal and like there dented in. What could this be? I also worked out 3 days ago and benched and worked yesterday lifting trays and scooping ice cream so my brother thinks it's a pulled or strained muscle. I wonder if it's my gallbladder but would that just suddenly happen?
