I was the same for the first week. I would cry because I was tired of being hungry, almost starving sensation every hour or so. I started adding more protein to my diet and it's helped so so so much. Yogurt, beans, peanut butter, etc.

I can't tolerate any meat or poultry so I had to find other ways. Google has helped in so many ways lol

Yup! I have to sleep with a box of biscuits by the bed coz I wake up through the night starving

That was one of my signs that either I was pregnant. I'd eat then an hour later I'm back starving like I never ate. I say indulge now...being pregnant is the perfect excuse to be a carbie Barbie lol
