Okay ladies, anyone else's lower tummy feel tender??

I'm 7 weeks and 3 days... My lower stomach feels really tender to the touch. Like my boyfriends arm was in my lower tummy and his bone ended up in the wrong spot and it actually kinda hurt after a minute. But idk if I'm the only one.
