Is this considered cheating?

My husband was flirting with a woman at work. Not just normal office flirting. They were asking each other intimate questions. I.E. what turns the other on and they started acting upon the stuff they could do at work my husband has this thing about his ears major turn on when they are touched and she apparently strokes them any chance she gets and she apparently likes having the small of her back touched which he also touched. The only reason I know all of this is because it came out in an argument. Because he wanted to show me how easy it would be for him to cheat on me IF he wanted too. I say he's cheated already He doesn't think so. What do you think?

That's definitely cheating, but my main concern right now is that he's threatening you with cheating when you're fighting. Get the hell out of there girl, he does not respect your commitment to eachother.

To us, cheating is doing something with someone of the opposite gender that can be considered sexual that you wouldn't do with your partner right next to you. 
I would absolutely give some of my male friends a kiss (cheek) and cuddle with my husband there (and have done) and that's fine, but as soon as you get squirmy and wouldn't do it in front of your spouse it is not at all ok.

Well first, why the hell would he want to prove he can cheat on you? Anyone can seriously cheat on anyone. It's not that freaking hard, does he think he's cool? Sounds like an a-hole to me. Second, flirting is cheating. I would never talk to a guy and say "I like to do it doggy style, and my fetishes are ...." behind my husbands back. It's disrespectful and there's no reason to talk about it unless you're with that person and planning on doing it. Would he be okay with you telling another male what you like in bed and intimate things like that? I would guess no... At least I know my husband wouldn't. I'm sorry you have to put up with that...
