I'M DONE WITH WEIGHT LOSS ðŸ˜
After countless diets, only kale for a month, skin diet (only eating the skin of foods, kiwi tickles), no red meat (me being anemic, this was fun), no sugars, drink vinegar twice daily (luckily I love pickles and some would slip in while I chugged), only eat 2 cups of anything a day(on bad days it was two cups.... two cup cakes that is ðŸ˜)....
After countless exercise routines, hot pool yoga, prancersize, sauna suit weightlifting, and my last hope, shake weight....
I'm done with not seeing results! I just wanted to get back down to my original size but it looks like that will never happen. 😢
I had such high hopes and have been trying for so long.... but maybe getting down to 6 pounds 4 ounces isn't a realistic goal....
