Concerts during first trimester

I just found out I'm pregnant tonight and have tickets to a concert in a week. I was just curious if anyone has ever asked their doctor about attending concerts while pregnant and what their response was. I will be calling my doctor tomorrow but wanted to hear what you all had to say! Thanks in advance!
