Anyone not seen baby at 6w3d

Looking for someone that's in a similar situation. Hcg stopped doubling two weeks ago. On the rise but not near doubling. At 5w5d saw a gestational sac, 6w3d saw larger sac and yolk sac. No baby, but possible heart flicker. Has anyone had this, ang gone onto a healthy pregnancy?
