If I have a boy, his name will be Elliot. I am in love with the name but I'm worried. I came across some women on here who are naming their girls Elliot!!! I thought Elliot was a boy name!! I don't want to name my son a boy name that could turn feminine in the near future!

Elliott has historically been a boys name. I wouldn't worry about it turning feminine. There is a trend right now if using masculine names for girls, and that is fine, but don't let it impact your decision.

Iv always thought Elliot was a boy name, a girl I know just had a baby boy called elliot. Another friend of mine dated a guy called Elliot! Never knew a girl with the name :)

Traditionally yea it's a boys name, but honestly people name their baby whatever that want. I know a girl who's name is Ryan. I guess it's an Irish thing, but here in the US it's typically a boys name.
