Maternity leave?

What's everyone's plan for maternity leave? How do you REALLY plan... Do I work up until delivery, or a week before my due date, a month before???

I am going to go on maternity leave 2 weeks before so I have everything all set for baby. Plus I would like some me time before he comes. My SO is a huge procrastinator, so I have a feeling there will be alot to do.

I am working until delivery. I did with my first and it kept me from going crazy with anticipation!

It depends what you do! I work full time, on my feet for 8 hours a day so in finishing a month before my due date, I really wouldn't be able to do any more!! But if you have a job where you get to sit and rest then you can try to go further so you have more time off with baby :)

I teach and am thankfully on spring break the week before I am due. I am just praying that I can make it until then!

I'm leaving two weeks prior to my due date, but that's only because I plan on resigning while on maternity leave. If I was staying I'd work until the week before

I'm taking 3 weeks vacation then starting my leave on my due date.
