doctors visit

So I recently became sexually active and I absolutely don't want my parents to find out. I'm not on birth control, but always use a condom, and I'm planning on going on it next week at my appointment. I know that I should tell my doctor that I'm sexually active, but I'm worried if any tests would possibly show up on my parent's insurance? And I'm not quite sure what to do with this situation.
