miscarriage?

My period came on time, but woke me up in the middle night it was so painful and I was vomiting. Period only last 2 days. But since I have had low stomach pain with diarrhea. Hellpppp!!!??

I don't think it is very likely that it is a miscarriage considering you haven't missed a period ... at that early on you wouldn't feel much during a miscarriage.. if you want to be sure about it though you can take a pregnancy test if positive it could have been a miscarriage bit I highly doubt it ... you're probably sick or are just having a tougher period .. some are worse than others... a lot of women get nauseous or have diarrhea when they get their periods.. best bet if it continues is to go to the doctor .. and definitely go to the doctor if you take a test and it comes back positive..
