4 negative still no flow? Could this be something wrong?

So I took two test last week a week after my expected period (one monday and the other thursday) and one yesterday (13day) and one this morning (day 14 ) all said negative. If I was was it would have been been cause if the 24 sex. (Havent had sex since)So I made sure to test a week after and 2 weeks after. But still negative. I know my cycles have never been regular and I have taken plan b like 12+ more times this year. And I have been stressing so so so much lately to the point I have anxiety attacks. Going to the doctor tomorrow but idk just want feedback what it could be . my periods are also very pain full to the point I can't go to work. And I have skip a month before but could it be something worng down there? Like pcos or something?
