1st month on Clomid....?

Almost done with my first cycle of clomid and so in those final days hoping that baby stuck and I will get my first ever ++++++

Did clomid 5 days, than estrogen, then prog. Still taking prog and did bloodwork on Friday. Got a call from the doctor today saying my prog levels look good and it looks like I ovulated with the clomid.

So twiddling my thumbs.... stressed, hormonal, hungry, and losing my mind. The other day I bawled watching a teddy bear commercial. The last couple days I've been experiencing some symptoms, not sure good or tell tale that I'm in for some more heartbreak so wanted to ask. Having some pain on my right side (ovaries?), is this good or bad? Yesterday I felt this crazy, almost pinching feeling, so strong that it made me twinge in pain.

What I am asking is, are these some first pregnancy symptoms or is just the hormones?
