That's what I do! Right after AF I start taking tests just Incase, I don't want to ovulate too early or late and miss it.

I would suggest doing an OPK every day after your period ends for a couple of months to pinpoint which day you actually O. Then if you O on CD 16 both of those months, then you can stop testing every day and just test the few days around O time. Good luck!
