Been on 3-month cycle BC pills for over 3 years and trying to finally conceive! Any thoughts on TTC aft or years of BC?
Little update: all the 'symptoms' I was experiencing were just that of my hormones going whacko. I had been on a three month cycle BC pack (jolessa). I tossed out my pack mid-pack. Literally! Just quit in the second week of the second month. It's funny how when I was only 19 years old and missed ONE day (I was on traditional 28-day cycle BC then) I accidentally got knocked up with my now 11 year old son but now that I've missed a whole month I FINALLY got AF for real and no baby.
So questions:
1.) while I was on the 3-month cycle BCs I rarely had a period, never cramped, hardly ever bled and NOW....buddy, I'm cramping like a mo-fo! And bleeding like a stuck pig. Ew! Has anyone else experienced this?
2.) how long did it take you to conceive after going off a 3-month BC cycle pack?
3.) how long did it take you to conceive after how many years of BC? Will this make it harder TTC since I've basically been on BC for 11 years?
