Possibly pregnant... thoughts???

I had unprotected sex when I was ovulating, with my boyfriend of 2 years. It is now a week and a half later, I'm cramping, spotting, my lower back hurts, and my breasts are tingling and sore. I will take a test when it gets closer to my period, as it is still a week until it's due. I've just never had the spotting or tingly breast symptoms ever in my life. I'm 25. Just looking for some insight. Thanks ladies!
