If I'm taking the pill religiously and correctly (hypothetically "perfect use"), is the pill 99+% effective when he pulls out or when he cums inside me? Because I've asked many people, but I'm still not 100% sure because their answers are confusing. Because I know the Pill is 99+% effective, but is that WITH withdrawal or WITHOUT withdrawal?
