clomid success stories ?

Anyone? First round for me. How many people got pregnant on first cycle//how many cycles did it take you? Side effects?? Nervous as can be 🌈🌈🌈💗

I don't have a success story yet, but I'm in my second cycle taking clomid. I never had any issues with side effects and it worked for me - helped me follicles grow really nice. Good luck!!!

I can give you my sister and mine success stories from clomid! My sister was able to conceive both of her children on the first cycle. Not sure what side effects she went through. But she ovulated early with her first child and late with the second. My story- I took metformin (500mg twice a day) in addition to clomid to help conceive because of my pcos. I did not get pregnant until the third round of clomid when I was taking 100 mg. I did two months at 50 mg and no ovulation. I did end up miscarrying with that pregnancy but after taking time off with the meds I am now currently 34 weeks pregnant! My side effects could have been from either of the meds I was taking but I experienced mood swings, hot flashes and upset stomach. On a side note metformin is normally used for diabetics but with pregnancy it can help regulate cycles, which it did for me. Good luck and don't stress!

Conceived second cycle on Clomid. The timing of ovulation can be slightly off so do it a few days before estimated ovulation, during, and then a few days after. I didn't have any side effects, but had to take progesterone before clomid (to trigger period) and had a lot of nausea with that.
