drug use in early pregnancy before knowing...

So, two years ago my best friend came out and she did pressed MDMA pills, ( not a heavy drug user, social, once a year type of deal ) a  week or so later, she found out she was pregnant. Estimated to be 6 weeks pregnant. Which put her drug use at 4 weeks pregnant. IMMEDIATLY at 8-10 weeks they established that the baby would be born with its intestines out of its body. Then at 16 weeks determined she would also have a club foot, at 24 weeks they realized she wasn't getting enough blood supply via the umbilical cord... and that she would probably not make it to full term. In an attempt to speed up the baby's growth in preparation for early delivery, they started my friend on steroids, which did make the baby have a growth spurt, which then detached the umbilical cord completely, and they did an emergency c section to a still born baby. It was the saddest and most terrifying thing to watch and be apart of. MY POINT IS.... I used cocaine two weeks ago, ( also not a heavy user at all ) and did less than a gram, and found out today I am 6 weeks pregnant. Does anyone have any information or history or examples of how this can and will affect my baby or how it affected yours. Bible thumpers pointing fingers screaming " say no to drugs" can keep your comments to yourself. I don't smoke, I barely drink, I am an adult and can do whatever I want. Let's move past your opinion on drugs, and be realistic here and give advice.
