Has she still got it.  My midwife told me to rub blood clots between tissue paper if it's just blood it's will all break down n nothing to worry about. Also if it smells or not it should smell earthy. Of not could be sign of infection. X

Completely normal. Lining of uterus can shed , mine at the end of cycle does this. I get super bright red, then dark.
