nexplanon

Hey ladies I wanted to get your opinions on something. I have had for my nexplanon for 3 years and 10 months. It was only suppose to last me for 3 years but I haven't have the money or insurance to get it removed. what I want to know is what changes will I have in my cycle? I have had regular cycles up until now. I've been spotting in between periods and it hasn't been as heavy as it was before. I need to know what's wrong with me. Please help.
