Fitness Help!!!
So recently I've decided to go to the gym (I really want a bum 😂) but also just want to improve my body. I went yesterday for the first time and worked on my legs (squats ect) but the next day I can barely move, I can walk kinda of alright but once I need to crouch or bend to sit I basically just collaps.Â
I'm relatively a small build, so I thought it could be because of my size or did I just over do it?Â
