does gas cause cramps?

I'm wondering if gas causes cramps? I am 9dpo and I woke up with some terrible cramps! When I farted it was less painful.

I was in the er for cramping and light spotting an when they did an ultrasound the Dr showed me all the gas in my abdomen lol we both had a good laugh (I'm 8.5 weeks preggo)

YES OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally cramp super bad right before I fart and it hurts so bad until I let it out.

Ugh yes! I had to go to the emergency room one time cause I felt this really bad crampy feeling and it turned out to be gas LOL it wasn't fun lol

Yes. Gas after my c section was worse than the surgery pain.
