I need help. I live in England and our house is large 2 bedroom but we live in a main road, only space to park 1 car and we have 2 and a very small garden. I have a baby and so scared of the main road there has been about 5 serious crashes outside our house since we've lived here (we rent). Well I've found a house that's on a really nice estate in a little cul-de-sac. Enough room to park 2 cars and a bigger garden. But the house is literally half the size  of ours ATM. I went to view the house on my own without my partner because he was at work and there was a lot of other people viewing as well. I put in an application form straight away because I thought that if I waited to discuss it with him then someone else will apply before me. But now I feel terrible because he hasn't seen the house we might be moving in to... I could book a viewing for next week so he could see it but would have to withdraw the application unless I pay £200. I know this is a really stupid post. But what would you girls do? Carry on with the application and for him to not see the house until we move in, or withdraw the application so he can see the house next week but risk someone else applying first??? 😳
